Thanks for sharing this. I find a simple breakout strategy is much more appealing than fancy indicators. I myself am using a breakout strategy on the GBP/USD and with a proper money management plan, it's possible to rake 150-200 pips per month.

Don't dismiss a simple strategy because it looks simple. That's the kind of thing that works!
