Sideways Market

I think that ADX can show sidways market / choppy market when all the bands are close together. Im not sure i do not use ADX much, but i remember reading in some place that ADX can id sideways movement and id breakout once lines blue and green expand in opposite directions.

I try your set up this week on demo....looks really interesting thanks for sharing

Sorry Mr Trader I confused you, I did use the non lag ma set at 21 filter set at 1. picture attached is using Igorads fratual channel to filter signals together with a macd. Some good trades some not so good. As has just been said still need a stop loss plan.
