Rupp, it seems that this is a stable/robust indicator. I think that the way to get radically different results is to change the input parameters. I do not know enough programming to create user inputs, but you can change the parameters using metaeditor and saving the changed indicator with a new name.

What is stepsize actually? Is it number of bars ?

Tips:

- download and compile StepChoppy_v1.2, StepMA_v7 and StepRSI_v5.2

- attach StepChoppy to the chart

- if after attaching indicator you compile StepChoppy_v1.2 again then you will lose image of StepChoppy

- in this case delete StepChoppy from chart and attach it again to the chart

Hi Igorad,

thank you for this nice woodies-like indicator. I tried and followed it on my charts. Therefore I noticed that the indicator is not completely stable for the preceeding candle.

Currently on cable I had the situation that the already closed 8:30 candle changed its colour from yellow to dark blue for half a minute while the 9:00 candle is running. Now the candle is yellow again.

Could that be an error or is this a regular behavior?

thank you IMPERATOR for your quick answer ,it helps now i can see the indicator but it shows short yellow bars all the way its version stepChoppy v1 ,and the last stepChoppyv1.3 it shows empty window with zeros?!
