how to freeze many templates?

i`m using many templates in a workspace sheet,

the problem is when log off and later log in again,

the arrangement of the templates scattered,

is there any trick to make it fixed or something like master template,

I'm just organizing the mt4 windows as I like and then closing the software. When I start again MT4 remembers the position
