in need of a simple alert

hi everyone

i have searched every where looking for a simple indicator or EA that alert me when span A crosses span B, no different upward or downward .

Senkou Span A/B Cross

i mean i want to be alerted exactly after changing the color of the clouds, kumo,

is there anyone here who can help me with ?

its very very appreciated if any one here can do the coding for me.
