Ichimoku Kinko Studies in 1996

I recently bought the Ichimoku Charts by Nicole Elliot and in it on page 5 she makes a reference of a book by Hidenobu Sasaki of Nikko Citigroup Securities who published the Ichimoku Kinko Studies in 1996. It is now in the 18th edition that is the book per Nicole that the Japanese use and it is voted to be the best Technical Analysis book.

Has anyone seen this book translated into English if so, how can we get it?

I am new at this site. How do I post? I looked all over and I just can not do it.
