How can I show the input window by program?

Can anyone tell me that how can I show the input window by program? 

In normal , double click the indicator line ,The input (properties) window would be show , but in program , how can I do it , I  want to make a button to do this !?!!!!

To my knowledge, you can't.

You can build a graphical interface to modify your settings. There are plenty of articles about it e.g. here

It probably won't be a quick job, depending on the complexity you require.

Right click -> Expert Advisors -> Properties (F7) Button already exists.
