MT5 Platform Issue

So i recently whiched from MT4 to MT5 after downloading and installation, I tried logging into the app but as soon as the profile would load the platform would crash so i whiched to the web base trading system and then after a few days my Xaussd "gold" ticker data feed started to not work also.  Ive sent all the required info to my broker logs what its doing with no email back for about two weeks now so i thought i would give this a try the data feed must be a server connection as i can get a current price but i have to F5 the page all other data feeds work fine other then gold thats not working properly any longer thats not my main concern though i want to get the platform working again.
