Failed installation - Mac

Hi guys
I have tried several times now to install MT4 on my Mac, having first installed Wine and PlayonMac. I can get the platform installed, but am unable to access all currency pairs in the 'New Order' function. When right clicking on a chart, no trade/new order option is available. Please help.
