I want to ask about leverage on my signal

I use leverage 1:400 and it is below 1:500... why my signal still show this comment

You should write to the ServiceDesk because the discussion about particular signals is prohibited on the forum (I see from your link that your account is having 1:1000 leverage ...).

Yes I know on my signal link it show 1:1000 as leverage. Currently Im using 1:400 leverage.. so that weird

Where I can find ServiceDesk to complain about this?
