SndMl is an abbreviation for "sending message": if true, messages about trading operations will be sent to your e-mail.

DecreaseFactor is literally "reduction factor", one of the ways to calculate lot size based on trading history and number of losing trades.

ExtLots - this is not an input parameter, it will be of interest only to the programmer.
