in my wifi network, i use another notebook can use MT5 connecting to trading server, but in this PC, i can't.

 

So the network is good, may be the PC has problem, but mt4 in this pc can ,why?

 

there may have problem with MT5 program, but i reinstalled many times, what is the problem?

I have Windows 8 and not a problem with Metatrader 5. You can check firewall, or your can check DEP (My Computer -Properties (right mouse click) - Advanced - Performance Settings - Data Execution Prevention and add Metatrader file) - if you are having this DEP of course.
Next possibility - did you open MT5 with admin's permission? if not - try ... it may help ...
 

yes, i open mt5 with admin.

 

i closed DEP just now and restarted PC ,but open MT5 again, it can't, why?

 

i think it is not a hard job for MT5 company why i can't connect to trading server, who can help me?

Did you include MT5 file in DEP before restarting?

It is hard to help without information ... to write to the ServiceDesk so you will need to provide more information too.
 

i use this command to close DEP. bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
