Programming MQL5-Indicator Signal from RSI and Momentum

Hi at all,

is there anyone, who can programming an indicator, who can sign signals over or under the actual candles or simply in the Chart, if there is the following scalping-strategy in M1/M5 for EurUSD and other Majors:

1. The RSI(10) must be for "Buy"-signals over the Zone 55 and at the same time the Momentum_Color_fill(10) is over 100.

2. The RSI(10) must be for "Sell"-signals under the Zone 45 and at the same time the Momentum_Color_fill(10) is under 100.

These strategy is modified from the original RH-strategy,  with Stochastic 8-3-3 overload on the momentum and the pricechannel is optimized to MA 10/5 and ichimoku-cloud 8-24-42.
