Automated downloading of historical data to excel

 I'd like to find a way to download automatically daily historical prices from MT4 to excel. Is it possible to use a DDE formula ?

Hello. mt4 supplied a special file with example of DDE but not now. why - i do not know, maybe metaquotes do not want to support this solution.

In order to use DDE - allow DDE and download and open the file (attached) and look at examples. it allows to update current price. for historical prices : File -> Save as -> choose csv and file name to save data
