FOMC is the monetary policy meeting of USA.

They presently buy 85 billion $ of bonds every month. This is a process called quantitatiive easing.

The main purpose of this scheme is to give funds to companies at near zero interest rate, to help economic recovery in USA.

Hmmm. Interesting opinion. Why you think that GBP would go down against USD ?? Either US Fed will taper or not, it seems unlikely to affect any weakness for GBP. Please explain why you think that GBP and EUR would go down. Previous QE programs by various governments around the world have seen mixing results on domestic economies. Mostly made things worse or no change overall.

It doesn't matter what they do. 90 Percent of the people here trade on technical indicators and the other 10 percents use fundamentals with indicators. So People are going to trade what the charts say not what the government says they are going to do or not do.
