when I add a template to a chart ,the teminal shut dowan suddently ,and the log record nothing innormal .

I would send the template to the service desk with a description what happens
 
One specific template, or any template?
 
I t is a custom template ,made myself ,compose of several custom indicator and An EA .
 
Do you mean that the terminal closes down or the platform freezes?
 

It was closed .when attached ithe template to chart  at any time include the market was closed .

my computer has enough memory to use .

 

Your template probably includes a misbehaving custom indicator. You will have to clear/delete the default charts so that MetaTrader can open without incident

To delete the opening charts so that MetaTrader starts properly again, navigate to the folder "profiles\default" under the MetaTrader folder, and delete any ".chr" files and any ".wnd" files you find there.

Once you are able to start MetaTrader properly, you will have to delete the offending template and rebuild it again, but properly this time without the misbehaving indicator.
