MT 4 restart my pc every time i start it !

Hi every time i start mt4 it restart my pc and gives blue screen with error :

 STOP: C000021A {fATAL sYSTEM eRROR} 

The Windows Subsystem system process terminated unexpectedly with at status of 0xc0000005 (0x7c9106c3 0x0069ec24)

i am using windows xp service pack 2  , 64 bit

any suggestions to fix that ? 

 
You need at least Windows XP SP3. (SP3 was published in 2008 !!!)
 
i updated  to sp3  but the problem remains !   :/

Whats you Internet Explorer version?

Version 8 or above is good.

 
i dont have internet explorer , do i need it for the mt4 ?
 
I do not use IE, but I don't think the browser has any bearing on the trading platform, as it is it's own program.
