MT4 and Task Scheduler - not working

Now, Task Scheduler doesn't cooperate with terminal.exe (or the other way around). I tried it on my home PC (win XP pro) as well, no success, same situation. Terminal.exe cannot be started on a not logged on account via scheduler at all. Actually it doesn't give any error msg in log, so it starts, but kind of stops immediately. I tried with MT3 also, it runs fine, so the settings on my computers are okay.
The problem seems to exist only with MT4's terminal.exe. What could be the case here? I would appreciate any help here, since this issue is like a bit urgent for me..
