Can't get correct H1 data in MT4

M1 Data was imported successfully for 5 years.

After double clicking H1, there are only data from Sep, 2014.

What's the root cause and how to fix? Thanks.  

 

You imported M1 data. You have M1 data. You don't have H1 data.

Either import H1 data, or use one of the period converters to generate it from the M1.

1. After M1 data was imported, I remember MT4 can convert automatically if double-clicking on H1.  Is my memory wrong?

2. Otherwise, can I find period converter somewhere in MT4 or need to code myself?

3. Is there any impact if connecting MT4 to my broker during importing and converting?

4. Is it necessary to empty MT4 "history" folder before importing and converting? 

5. What else should pay attention to?
