issue with the new mt4 plattform

I have an issue with the new mt4 plattform, where do I save the EAs or indicators now? SEE PICTURE

I am curious about this as well, why it works this way for MT4, but not MT5.  Under the program files directory in MT5, there is a specific spot for indicators.

Because MT4 is not the same as MT5

I am aware of that, but MQ went through all the trouble of making it so MQL4 and 5 are almost functionally identical.  Why did they not continue with this part?
