How do I create an automated expert advisor for an R Multiple trailing stop in MT4?

Hi 

I am looking to create an automated expert adviser that will automatically trail my stops (if possible).

I want my trailing stops to be consistent with the amount I'm risking (1 R Multiple).

 

For example, if I'm risking 50 pips I want my trailing stop to start locking in profits once I hit 2 R's (100 pips) and then start the trailing stops at Entry + 50 pips, and then 1 R from then on.

 

An Example (long trade):

Buy:                    0.70000

Stop Loss:            0.69500

1 st Target (2 R): 0.71000, Trailing Stop activated at 0.70500 (1 R)

2nd Target (3 R): 0.71500, Trailing Stop activated at 0.71000 (2 R)

 .....and so on.......

Ok here it is. I've never attempted to code or use expert adviser before.
