can't install metatrader4

I am trying to install metatrader4 on laptop win7

internet connection is not bad , but the online installer is stopping after few megabytes  

i tried many times .. tried also with metatrader5 and same result

please tell me how to install

Check if your antivirus/firewall is not the cause of this issue.
