MT4 partialy closed order

For an EA, you can specify how many lots you wish to close in OrderClose()
If manually trading, this youtube video shows how to partially close an open order.

It is shame I didn't know it. However I never used it and the most confusing thing for me is that the option is under the "instant execution" but I expect more direct meaning like "partial close" as in the mobile terminal.
