How to match up open and close transactions from trade data download from broker for tax purposes

Last year was my first year trading Forex. I had 1220 transactions. In my EA each signal kicked off 4 to 5 trades. I downloaded the trade transaction data from my broker and then purchased an after market product that I thought would convert this data into a TXF file for import into TurboTax. In prepping the data for import into this tool I am finding it difficult matching up open and close transactions. Does anyone have any tips on doing this or can you recommend software that will pair the open and close transactions? In some cases a single open order is closed out with multiple close orders. This makes it even more difficult. Thanks for any tips on how to make this process simpler.
