copying over profiles and charts with analysis on them?

Your biggest battle is putting them within the correct folder. Use the below folder for the new built.

That depends on where you installed it.
You can try right clicking inside the journal tab ... then choose open and work your way backwards.
You can right click the icon you use to open the terminal and look at the path.
(or File ---> Save as & c what folder opens)
