That is extremely vague and I very much doubt that anyone will be able to point you in the right direction.
You could say if the daily, 4-hour and 1-hour charts show an uptrend and 5-minute chart shows a downtrend - but then you will have to define uptrend and downtrend.
If it helps, the strategy I wish to get hold of is about the same as the Three Ducks Trading Strategy....

I wish to set up a forex eclipse strategy and was wondering if there is one already available.
