Connecting to signal provider to Mt4

I subscribed to a signals provider , but, i don't receive any trade to my mt4  . while the same provider doing trades . what should i do

I did all the procedures , but, i don't find any trade in my mt4 .

Can you post your log ? From Toolbox window, Journal tab.
 

is there anything should i do it for mt4.  i just go to the community  and write my login and pass for the mql5 that is all .


and when i subscribe i  put the mt4 number for the provider.


is there anything else should i do it for  the mt4

Is that all ? Your MT4 terminal isn't configured for your signal. Have you read How to Subscribe to Trading Signals ?

Can you post a screenshot of the Signals configuration ? From menu Tools->Options->Signals tab.
 

yes very nice. on mt5 it is working now .    but, in mt4  . there is no signals in tools . how can i enable the real time signals in mt4 .
