Need help with Presets

All my presets in the Build 579 I can not find in the new Build 604, I saved new presets in Presets folder many times and each time it dissapers. Even a 'Search' after that could not locate it

Can you try the following procedure :

1. Start your MT4 terminal if not already done.
2. In File menu, click "Open Data Folder" command.
3. A Windows explore window just open.
   
4. Double click to open MT4 sub-folder, then Presets sub-folder.

Please report the results.
