Problem Installing Metaeditor in new build

My antivirus has picked up the Metaeditor portion of the new build as a virus and deletes it.
The file name picked up by Trend Micro is "C:\ProgramData\Metaquotes\WebInstall\mt4clw.png\metaeditor.exe"
When I go to the WebInstall folder this is what I have ...
inside the mt4clw folder is this
why would Metaeditor.exe installation file be included as part of a .png (picture) file ?
Can anyone provide me with a link to download the "Metaeditor.exe" file by itself?
I am baffled and need some help ...
