How to build a auto line plot tool?

I am new here so others might have asked this question before but I can't find any from the search box.

All I am looking for is something like the picture below. Lines are automatically drawn. It is like drawing a trend line where when it is going down, a line is drawn at the top and vice versa.

Sorry the last line I drawn is wrong.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

First you have to define where the lines are to be plotted . . . what are the rules ?

If you can't specify it exactly then how do you expect to be able to code it ? "It is like . . ." is not an exact specification.
