Bid Percentile change alerts

I know the MT4 client has the option to enable static bid alerts > or < than a specific value, but is there a value that can be changed for a dynamic change in bid percentage?

For example, if the closest bid is 2% below previous bid an alert is played.

I tried AutoAlerts and while is somewhat does what I'm looking for, it doesn't dynamically adjust.

It would be very unusual to get a 2% difference between consecutive bid values.

Indeed, 2% is a relatively huge change, for example GBPUSD is currently 1.6098 2% of that is 0.0322 or 322 pips, there could conceivably be a 10 pip change during a single tick but not 322 pips
