i want to know when to use sleep() instruction or at what condition, because mostly i do not use it but some EAs i noticed used in the codes.

i want to know when to use sleep() instruction or at what condition, because mostly i do not use it but some EAs i noticed used in the codes.

When you need a small delay before retrying an action . . . do not use it for timing reasons.
