[delete] doesn't work for this custom indicator ~ Help !

I created this for start. But, I realized it automatically gets into the folder of "Custom Indicator."

Also, I realized when I wanted to delete, which means

1. select the label so that black rectangle appears

2. right click of the mouse and find delete in the pop up menu.

3. click delete

However, after I delete, the label appears again and again and again.

How can I permanently delete this label?

Remove the Indicator from your chart.

How to remove? In binary fashion(in computer) Is there remove button that I couldn't find?

< what I did >

1. I pressed backspace just like horizontal line that removes permanently, but it appears again.

2. I thought the delete in pop-up menu == remove.

I searched the google "delete indicator" but it doesn't show any of forum articles.

I tried. But thanks for your advice ~ I will continuously keep searching harder ~

(But, the forum adopt the "stackoverflow.com" fashion then it would be easier for you

not to answer the same question over and over again.)

Are you trying to tell me physically remove the helloWorld.exe4 file in the Explorer?

and restart MT4? This is very unconventional way of removing... Then, how horizontal line works?

It is removed when I click "backspace" without restarting MT4.

Can I see the source code for horizontal (for support/resistance) line?

 

Right click on your chart

click on indicators list

select the indicator and click on delete.

Ah... I missed that ~ I thought the [delete] is superclass to delete any objects below...

So, delete has its own respective delete for indicator.

Indicator delete

EA delete

and so on?

Hummm... interesting ~ but thanks ~ who could figure delete has categorized for class, ea and indicator...

But, thanks for all ~ although quite curious about the structure of MetaTrader ~ Why would they do that?

What was needed for them to implement in this way... Question after Question ~

How can I encourage you to do what I asked you to do ? is it too much to ask ? do you not understand what I asked ? if you didn't understand why didn't you ask for more information ?
