I'm not sure of what you are asking. Is it a coding or a chart question?

In MT4 you can double click on an object, then if you hold down the control key, you can move a duplicate of the object to another place and the original remains where it was. Useful when you don't want it showing on all time frames or you need arrows of different colours because you don't have to change the properties every time.

Select Arrows.
Make a Control + Left Click.
Drag and you duplicated the Arrows.
