EA works on a demo account but not the live server - Why and suggestions

Hello,

I have a EA that I found on the forums that had some math errors and such, but once corrected works on the Demo server without any problems and does what I want.

When I try it with a live account it just sits there with a silly smiley face in the corner but not doing anything.

Anybody have any ideas why? Better yet a solution. I tried to find the original programmer based on what information was in the code. Nothing useful. Found four different companies claiming copyright, and none of them answering emails.
