EA Properties F7 do not open

I am running the same EA on several different demo accounts. The EA properties will not open on one of the brokers. I have to delete the EA and reinstall it to access properties.The other brokers open without a problem. Any suggestions on why this is happening?

Check the logs, Experts tab and Journal tab. Check that Enable Expert Advisors is set.

You installed it in \program files* (UAC)

I learnt, that EAs ignored the F7 events while in start(). In case the start() takes long time, or even the EA remains in a loop, then the F7 looks inactive.
