How can i use the an indicator array as symbol for another indicator inside my EA?

Example: i want to calculate the standard deviation of ATR (or any other indicator/custom indicator). How can that be done?

Any chance you have any links to documentation on how I can add levels to the StdDev in an EA?? 

I want executions only at the breakouts of the Bollinger bands picked up by the StdDev on the 7majors.
