Try setting your desktop theme back to defaults so the font sizes are default font sizes.  Then try to install again  . . .  you should also report this to the Service Desk via the mql5 forum >  your Profile* >  Service Desk link on left of the page.

 

*  If you don't have a mql5 Forum User ID you will need to register 

 

I've done it ... but I still can not instal mt4 or mt5

As a workaround, when you are at this screen :

mt4-c

Try with your keyboard : 3 times TAB key then SPACEBAR, "next" button should be selected.
