need an EA for simple strategy

hi i m from india this is my first post in this forum 

i just need a  EA  for a simple  strategy

BUY= EMA(CLOSE,5) > SMA (CLOSE,20) AND RSI (CLOSE,21) < 40
EXIT= RSI (CLOSE,21) > 80
 
SHORT= EMA(CLOSE,5) < SMA (CLOSE,20) AND RSI (CLOSE,21) > 60
EXIT= RSI (CLOSE,21) < 30

 

 So pls if anybody can help me out tks in avd
