MT4i Personal Trade Copier Problem with new MT4 version

Talk to the Author/Supplier, it is not a mql4 or MetaQuotes product.
I am using the MT4i personal trade copier, but since a few days is not working any more.
I read about some issues between MT4i and Metaquotes. Does anybody have any idea if this problem is permanent?
