Ea Configuration --- QT --- External Apps for stylized inputs

I have found Metatrader 4's input Boxes to be  inadequate. I have not looked at MQL5.  In 4 I wanted to write a little more information about how you would like to configure the EA. I looked into PHP and a web site and I also looked into a few other things. I settled on using a QT standalone App to write the EA config file to the Hard drive. This is working Great but some times the Shell Excute A will not launch the App. So I have elected to move the QT APP into a DLL and make it more interactive. When I complied the DLL it works perfect on my development box that has QT installed. On a Box with out The QT environment . I get a  error 126. What I am Looking for for in Metatrader is how it loads. Does it look in windows user 32 and then locally or locally then move out too windows. What is the loading sequence in metatrader

QT?

QT stands for what?

It looks like an overkill, but...

It is a GUI for LOTS of  programming languages. It is open sourced and owned by Nokia .

It is over Kill But I think of it as a LMS Learning management Tool. If you give EAs out to any one at all. It can be come over whelming to support them. I have been Linking tools to you Tube but the Text based stuff Metatrader 4 Stink. Metastock. Has a Cool App called a Expert Just like Metatrader. Wonder why? ( no comment ) Except their Expert allows Bar by Bar commentary and has a nice GUI. The rest of it Metastock can be hard to work with

Oh RaptorUK I have read many many of your posts. You and about five other guys need a Big High five and a case off beer. If you drink.
