FXCM Demo account performance/latency

I posted a similar post a few days ago - but is anyone else having trouble with their FXCM MT4 demo account.  A lot of times orders won't open or close, either by function of the EA or manually.  If I try to open or close a trade manually it will just sit there saying 'Please wait'.

 So the more important questions are:

1.  Can an EA be written to verify that a trade opened or closed when it is supposed to, and to keep trying until it does? 

2.  Does anyone have this problem on live accounts?

 I tried asking FXCM about it, but they weren't much help.

Don't install in \program files* on Vista/Win7

I'm running Win7, so I'll uninstall and re-install in another folder and try that out.  By the way - nice profile pic.  You just pull that out of your pocket and snap a photo of it?  :)
