You can get this error when calling the SendNotification() function too frequently. ErrorDescription() recognizes this as "unknown error".

I'm also curious if this is a SendNotification related error only, or can it also signal other problems.

Yes I'm aware of that, just wanted to know what 4253 means as the same error is returned if you try to send a notification, but you've disabled this feature in MT4.

Just wondered what are the other cases when this error can occur.
