How to transfer template from one MT4 account to another MT4 account?

Need help here.

I am changing my trading acccount to another new one. 

I try cut and paste old template .tpl file to my new account.

But it does not seems to work.

How do I make it works? Look like the person that I have buy the template have somehow lock it to the old account, making it impossible to transfer by simply cut & paste.

Open that template in notepad/text document and edit it

The template in that notepad. 

But I think whatever is in that template (EA, or Indicator), they are only works in your old account number.
