How do I lock my experts of sending several orders at the same time

I have the following issue:
Five charts are running the same expert advisor but with different inputs, this expert use bollinger bands for calculating the orders Input/Output, when the market is quiet these charts get the same entry point and if the market starts to get "louder" the advisors send an order each, the problem is that before I install a Metatrader build these orders where rejected by the plataform and not sent, but after the update the plataform actually send those orders, currently I lock advisors for sending orders if there are a number of orders inside, but since the update the advisors seems to not respect this and send one order per advisor, I suppose that they hit the entry point at the exactly same time and send the order without realizing that other advisor is sending an order too. So, My question is:? there is a way for an expert to check if there is an expert trying to send an order?, I know this is a little confusing and my english bad, any help is welcome.
