No connection

The terminal reports "No Connection" and can't connect to any of my accounts, tried scanning for the company server(s) but still report: "No Connection".. wanted to use the mql platform as against the two from my brokers (ie. have both accounts on the same platform), just turned out that this version "build 438" doesn't work. Please, any body with information on how to go about it then?
