I would like to start programming ExpertAdvisor. My friend follows the forex for a long time but does not know how to program ExpertAdvisor.

I know I do some programming languages ​​like PHP, HTML,. NET, C, C + +, JAVA, JavaScript and many others so I have the basics already. Where can I find guides to start?

Google 'Print To PDF software' and print that .chm book to pdf
