Currency specific EA properties

hey peeps

Noobie question (maybe)!

I have an EA that needs optimised properties for each chart it is attached to. Is there an easy/automatic way to load these into the EA properties from files containing the optimised values? (I know there is the load button).

Maybe something as simple as MT4 automatically using whatever file matches the symbol name (a little like the profiles?)

Any ideas?

Yes you could code it to do that from a GBPUSD.csv or EURUSD.csv etc file

thanks for the reply - thought that would be the way to go, was checking if MT4 behaved that way out of the box.

it goes on my todo list - i have other manual ways round it for now. Will post it when I'm done. Might help someone else.
