So, as I understand - you can not include MT5 terminal file in DEP exceptional list? that is strange ... did you try to do it with administrator permission of your Windows? You can use 'Enable DEP (T) ...

I do not know sorry ... I have Windows 8 and I do not like it as I need to put my forefinger in the screen all the time ...

 
i wave widows 8 and the metatreder5 dont connect to the server
 
and i opened in widows 7 he connect to the server
