I realy do not seem to know what I am doing Why did I loss I was wanting to sell the AUD stop lose at 78.368 and take profit at 78.210 but it stop me out at 78.374 I should have made a profit I think

In FXCM UK demo I don't have that kind of problem
I just check FXCM website, there is fine prints at the bottom of their website that said something about spread (http://www.forextrading.com.au/metatrader4.jsp | http://www.fxcm.co.uk/metatrader4.jsp ).
Because we're not allowed to discuss brokers here at this forum. I think you should ask your question and that fine prints, at http://www.forexpeacearmy.com/forex-forum/forex-brokers/1125-fxcm-com.html. There's FXCM representative over there, and they should be able to explain this to you open and pubicly. And peoples at forexpeacearmy are more professional in this case than all of us here.
